Medium to large projects have hourly rates with an initial retainer against which hours are billed. Small projects may be negotiated on a project cost. Certain expenses are passed through to the client including copying, document fees, mileage (if outside of base area), postage, etc.

Monthly invoices will include summary reports and expense reports.
